Everything was great. The assembly and installation was extremely smooth. Communication was great. The play set looks amazing. Very happy.

We bought a playset here in May of 2023 for our backyard. We did research for a few weeks and landed on recreation outlet and are so happy we did. We found the pricing to be competitive and we also got a good deal on install. The team was very prompt and good at communicating. Everyone we worked with was great and friendly. Our daughters are going to grow into the playset over the years and it’s been a year and it still looks brand new. We highly recommend and are so glad we chose them for our playset. Already recommended them to a few friends too!

We had a great experience today, both with our children enjoying the “playground” area and the adults exploring purchasing a play set for our own yard. We worked with Donna and Rudy, and they did a thorough job of guiding us through the process. Their knowledge allowed us to make the best choices on both the play set and the protective area around the play set. After experience with them, I feel that we’ve made the correct decision for our family where our kids will have a blast playing and we can relax as parents that our kids will be safe as they enjoy it. Highly recommend them, and I thank them for their time and attention!

impressed with quality, options and price. the set is well built and very heavy. looking forward to kids having fun!

We are very happy with our purchase, the install crew was friendly and professional. The quality of the play set leaves no doubt that this will last for years.

Fantastic play set. It looks even nicer in our yard than in the showroom. kids are having a great time and we couldn’t be happier

I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Recreations Outlet! Sam came out on the day he said he would be here and flagged the area thoroughly, so I could see exactly how much of our yard the play set would require. Once we decided to have the play set built, he contacted us and gave us the date it would be installed. Nate came over on the scheduled day and worked non-stop until the play set was up and running. He was so friendly and professional and always made sure we would be happy with how things were going into place. Having several projects going on in our yard this year, I can say, without question, that everyone we worked with here were the most reliable we’ve dealt with BY FAR. Consistent communication and getting the job done when they said it would be done deserves a double 5 stars! Thank You!

excellent play set. Kids love it.

We love this place! We purchased our play set last March and it was quickly delivered and installed in April, which was perfect timing during quarantine. We had an issue with a board splitting due to a screw from the slide. I emailed Pete Sunday evening and by Monday morning, he has responded (which was impressive alone) AND they sent someone out THAT DAY to replace the board. All around great customer service!

We had an excellent experience with them especially with the help of Sam DeLois. Sam is very patient with us and answering our question. He is also making suggestions that is tailor to our needs but also reasonable with our budget. he even came out before the installation to make sure we have the best spot in our backyard to install the playset. Installation is quick and very professional. Final playset is great and we can't wait for the summer and spend more time on it.

just set up..very high quality..we love it! kids were so surprised and the gentleman who set it up couldn’t have been nicer.

Awesome play set! Looks beautiful in the yard! Kids really love it!

fantastic valued play set. very durable and lots of activities. well thought out structure. happy with our purchase.

My husband and I were looking at playsets for our granddaughter for her birthday. We decided to check out Recreations Outlet at the Home and Garden Show. Donna was very knowledgeable and told us about our choices and options available. We went the next day to the showroom where the owner answered all of our questions. They offered lots of incentives to help make it affordable. The whole process was easy and quick. It was installed the day before our granddaughter's birthday. In her words, it was "the best day ever!"

Just had our trampoline and swing set installed. Thank you Donna Lewis for all your help picking out what my family wanted. We love it! Great quality and look forward to years of enjoyment.

we love our new fort play set! lots of swinging, climbing and really tall so kids won’t outgrow too soon.

It was so easy to purchase a play set from here. Our consultant Tara Miller was AMAZING to work with. Explained everything for us. The perks to buying from here was great too!

excellent swing set. very happy with purchase and kiddos love it.

great play set. we have a unique backyard that required special swing legs to level it and they came through in a big way. looks perfect. also really appreciate the high quality materials used in the set. thanks!

Excellent product, very well built, lots of activities, price was better than most.

Just installed yesterday. Excellent product and very nice salespeople who really knew what they were talking about. My kids are beyond excited!

Just installed this morning and i’m very pleased. decided to buy a play set instead of going away for spring break… thought the kiddos would enjoy it for much longer.

really great play set. kinda pricey but after lots of looking around found it to be quite a bargain. like the tall platform height and swings height. sturdy enough for my husband to play too!

We shopped, shopped and shopped more for a play set… Take it from a very tired shopper… the Turbo Fort is the best value, best built set PERIOD! Now i can get back to golfing on the weekends..haha.
