We purchased our swing set here and we’ve also hosted a party! Both experiences were excellent! Highly recommend purchasing a high quality swing set here!

The trampoline and swing-set are so durable and well made with engineering second to none. We have older children and have purchased many different outdoor products over the years and none have lasted nor always felt safe. With the recent addition of twins we have decided safety and convenience was necessary so we finally invested not once but twice.

Over the past 2 years we have purchased a play set and springless trampoline. I can’t speak highly enough about the products. The swing set is used nearly every morning (when it’s not raining or too cold). The trampoline is in constant use even among my teenagers all day long. This summer we pull the hose out and have a waterslide. Sprinkler under trampoline and it’s a cool way to get exercise on hot day. The possibilities for imagination is endless.

The service we experienced at Pete DeLois Recreations was beyond compare when dealing with Tara Miller!!! The product selection and customization options were exceptional. Looks great the kids love it!

We had a basketball hoop installed. Tara in the office was awesome to work with. Even with my barrage of questions. Installers came when they said they would. The entire process was seemless. And the added free birthday party was a plus.

Recreations Outlet did a fantastic job providing and installing a new swing set for our grandchildren. The owner stopped by several times to advise me on location and site preparation and was extremely helpful. The children love it!

Great experience recently with Kyle, Greg and Alan! Kyle came over to help select a trampoline that fit our yard. Landed with a great option. For assembly however - we unfortunately went with a person from thumbtack who claimed to have done 50 of these but it turns out they completely messed up the assembly, took our $540; and we found out it was messed up the next day. Kyle came out on Memorial Day (!) to assess the damage because he felt bad our kids were without a usable trampoline (Bday gift for them both) after being so excited. He said he would have a team out, well, they came out (Greg & Alan (and Alan's son))... they completely took it apart and rebuilt it and asked for NOTHING. I had to sneak them something haha. Net net, what incredible customer service all the way around!! Also, please use their team to install it!! We also bought a basketball hoop from them. If you need anything they sell, do not shop other shops; this is the place and obviously they take care of you! Wow! I can not say enough about the above and beyond service and the quality of our new Springfree trampoline we purchased from Recreations Outlet. We had been going back and forth about a trampoline for years and my husband wanted to go inexpensive. But since we had had many play times at Recreations Outlet which my kids loved, (yes, you can pay a minimal fee and get to play on the playgrounds and jump), I was leaning toward the safer, but more expensive Springfree brand. He started seriously researching and was then pushing for an even more expensive trampoline because it ”had a better bounce and was even safer”. There were none to try out in the Columbus area (and now we know why…) so we drove over 2 hours to try it out, and within minutes my kids wanted off the trampoline and my youngest was afraid to even bounce on it. My older kid said it made his heart hurt to bounce. At Recreations Outlet, I couldn’t get my kids off the Springfree trampoline. Anthony the manager answered all my questions, gave us price quotes and was just pleasant to chat with, no pressure. When returning with my husband, he was patient with going over things again. We couldn’t decide which size to get though. Anthony said people always regretted not going bigger, which at first we thought was just a sales pitch, but he was totally right! You need to go bigger because once it is installed in your backyard, every kid in your neighborhood will be over to play on it. Seriously- it is a kid magnet and the basketball hoop is a must! My kids are on it everyday now, no matter the temperature, and are tired by the end of the night. The best part is, I have peace of mind that it is safe and there is finally something that all the kids actually want to do together. We felt so good about the purchase and the extra perks of having bought local at Recreations Outlet. Just a word to the wise, please have them install it for you…we thought, being huge DIY’ers, we could do it on our own, but we couldn’t. Again Anthony and his team went above and beyond with guiding us to getting it done (but trust me- have them install it- it is not worth throwing your back out over). Take the time and go check it out for yourself, your kids can jump for free, while asking questions and getting more info. I know that we are going to have an awesome summer now and if we ever need something else for our recreational needs, Recreations Outlet will be where we go! See less

Finding something to do during the colder months that keeps my kids active is hard. We love coming to Recreations Outlet so they can run and burn off all that stored up energy instead of being glued to a screen. We still go during warmer months because there are so many different things to do all in one spot!

I absolutely love taking the kids here! They are able to play and not get bored of doing the same thing because there's so many options! The staff is so sweet and helpful! If you're looking for a place to run out your kids' energy, this is the place to do it!

Great company, Pete is punctual and very informative on all products! We purchased an outdoor play set, and recently had them back for a basketball hoop. Install experience was good as well. Team was very friendly, hard working and efficient! Would highly recommend!!

Fun place to run and play!

I purchased a play set last summer and it was delivered and installed with a ladder ring missing and the swing arm is not level. These are two very minor problems, however it has been 10 months since install, I have called probably 8 times and emailed a few others, and they still have not come out to service it. I understand being short staffed, and I gave them from January (when the work order was put in) to May before really pushing hard to get them out here. I’m happy with the play set itself, but if you need any kind of service after the fact, don’t count on it. See less

So as far as customer services goes ... I have been trying to get someone out to my house since July when my play set was originally installed wrong.. they were suppose to get someone out to fix it in a "week or two" never heard back.. then August rolls around.. and here comes my niece crying because a SCREW WENT UP HER FOOT while she was on the landing of the clubhouse .. I reached out immediately because obviously it's a MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN and you wouldn't believe it's been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back. When you call no one knows what you're talking about. For being a family owned business I would think the communication would be a little better? Social media was my last resort maybe whoever runs this page could dig in and maybe find out what I'm talking about then come fix this MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN.
