Transparent Warranty - 10 years on lumber (no stain stipulations), 2 years on other components. Competitors will void the warranty if the customer doesn't keep up with routine staining.
Quality Lumber - Center cut cedar construction (many retailers won't disclose what kind of lumber they use). Thicker lumber - 4x4 and 4x6 construction.
Proper sized equipment - Larger and taller deck spaces increase play value, longevity and usage. Many online sets come with limited sized decks, short decks, short swing beams and weight limits. Meaning kids grow out of them quicker (poor investment) and parents can’t join in play.

After purchasing a playset from Recreations Outlet, here's what to expect!*

  1. To begin, our sales consultant will review the following with you:

    Please note: After buying online, a Recreations Outlet staff member will contact you within 3 business days to discuss these questions.  
    • Where is the item going to be delivered/installed?
    • Is that respective area accessible by truck?
    • Additional questions about the yard, driveway and area will be asked to ensure proper and timely delivery.
  2. The consultant will then schedule a yard check or delivery/installation date with one of our authorized technicians.
  3. Our technician will contact you on the day of service to confirm time and address.

  4. Sit back and relax as we expertly perform the work.

  5. After installation and safety checks, enjoy lots of healthy outdoor fun for years to come!
