Transparent Warranty - 10 years on lumber (no stain stipulations), 2 years on other components. Rainbow will void the warranty if the customer doesn't keep up with routine staining.

Quality Lumber - Center cut cedar construction (many retailers won't disclose what kind of lumber they use). Thicker lumber - 4x4 and 4x6 construction.

Proper sized equipment - Larger and taller deck spaces increase play value, longevity and usage. Many online sets come with limited sized decks, short decks, short swing beams and weight limits. Meaning kids grow out of them quicker (poor investment) and parents can't join in play.

Playground One playsets are made with solid 100% pure center-cut pacific cedar. Cedar makes for a great play surface as it's:

1. Soft surface (easy on knees)
2. Resistant to decay and rot.
3. Doesn't have a tendency to splinter or bow

Peeling, splintering, surface cracks, and knotholes are normal characteristics of wooden play equipment.

Routine staining is recommended (about every 18-24 months). Stain can wear quicker in heavy traffic areas so purchasing a gallon of the stain with the set to touch up helps maintain the quality and look of the wood.

Many playsets can be installed right on grass. If you feel the existing surface isn't sufficient, we would recommend our Soft Landing Rubber Mulch, wood mulch pit, or turf. We offer full installation on all surfacing.

A standard Playground One warranty covers all wooden components against structural failure due to corrosion, wood rot, or insect damage for a period of 10 years.

Yes, Springfree trampolines are UV stabilized to withstand thousands of hours of harsh sun exposure, and 3 layers of rust-protection that won't peel or flake. With the use of quality weather-resistant parts, your Springfree trampoline can even be used in extreme conditions. Kids love to bundle up and use the trampoline in the snow or jump with a hose in the summertime. It is also convenient to have the trampoline built and ready to use in the winter for fluke, warm weeks or when the weather breaks. This is often when kids are cooped up and getting less physical exercise.

Springfree Trampolines can easily be moved to mow underneath. 1-2 adults can pick up or slide the trampoline with ease, however certain situations could prevent or make movement more difficult (i.e. if it is dug in uneven site or anchored). If you're unable to move your trampoline, it is recommended to landscape underneath with weed mat, mulch, and a border.

ProForce series hoops can be lowered as low as 7.5 feet and raised to 10 feet. ProView series hoops (Top Seller) can be lowered to a height as low as 6 feet and raised as tall as 10 feet.

Basketball Hoops installations are a 2-step process. Installers will come and install an anchor 4 feet into the ground and secure it with 700 lbs. of concrete. The concrete must cure for one week, after which the installer will return to complete the hoop installation.

Basketball hoops may vary in backboard size, adjustment height, the thickness of pole steel, and the ease of use for small children. Your salesperson will happily help you select the perfect hoop for your family.

Playground One playsets, Springfree Trampolines, PROformance Hoops, and Caldera Spas (depending on the series: Utopia, Paradise, or Vacanza) all come with 10-year warranties via their manufacturers. The longevity of your product depends on how well the product is maintained.

Yes. For playsets, we sell stain replacements, wood pieces replacements, ropes, ladders, slides, all accessories, and nuts and bolts to assist in your repairs. We carry replacement nets, mats, and rods for Springfree trampolines, rims, backboards, and padding for PROformance and American Eagle hoops, and SpaPure Chemicals and filters for spa repair and upkeep.

We have several options to install on unlevel surfaces including extending legs, building platforms, etc. Your salesperson will evaluate based on your yard.

Yes, we do! Relocation services for Springfree Trampolines start at $350.99, playsets start at $700 and goes up depending on the number of add ons included (monkey bars, wood roof, bridge and tunnel, supersized, penthouse/skybox, etc.) for $150/add on. Recreations Outlet is only able to relocate Playground One, Woodplay, and Rainbow brands. Basketball hoop relocation starts at $399 with an additional $175 cost for anchor relocation. If the new property has an existing anchor, we will deduct the anchor cost.

Yes! Guests hosting parties at Recreations Outlet are permitted to bring in any food and child-appropriate beverages (no alcohol allowed) of their choice.

Parties can have up to 16 children, including the birthday child.
