Delivery & Installation
After purchasing a Playset, Trampoline, or Basketball Hoop from Recreations Outlet, here’s what to expect:*

1) Post-Purchase Contact
Within 3 business days of your online purchase, a Recreations Outlet team member will reach out to review the following:

• Where the product will be delivered/installed

• Whether the area is accessible by truck

• “Call Before You Dig” requirements for in-ground basketball hoops to avoid underground utility issues (this varies by state, and we’ll walk you through the process)

• Questions about your yard, driveway, and installation area to ensure proper and timely delivery

• *Confirming that no additional equipment—such as a jackhammer, cut saw, or any specialty tools—will be needed. If these tools are required, additional fees may apply.

2) Scheduling
Your consultant will then schedule either a yard check or your delivery/installation date with one of our authorized technicians.

3) Day-of Confirmation
Your technician will contact you on the day of service to confirm the arrival time and address.

4) Professional Installation
Sit back and relax while our team completes the work safely and efficiently.

5) Completion
Once installation and safety checks are finished, you’re ready to enjoy years of healthy outdoor fun!
