The Olympian Outlook XL 4 is the flagship of Backyard Adventures' Summit Outlook series, and at 27'11" x 16'1" with a 12'4" roof height, it earns that title. Two 6-foot decks give kids over 50 square feet of play space, connected by a gang plank so there's a reason to cross from one side to the other instead of just picking a spot and staying put.

The balcony includes a rock wall for climbing up, and a 12-foot rocket slide for getting back down fast. A 3-position, 9-foot swing beam holds two belt swings, a trapeze bar, and a tire swivel swing, while 4x4 monkey bars give older kids something to work toward. There's a side table with its own roof for shaded snack breaks, and a fully enclosed playhouse XL underneath for whoever wants to disappear for a while.
