Everything was great. The assembly and installation was extremely smooth. Communication was great. The play set looks amazing. Very happy.

We bought a playset here in May of 2023 for our backyard. We did research for a few weeks and landed on recreation outlet and are so happy we did. We found the pricing to be competitive and we also got a good deal on install. The team was very prompt and good at communicating. Everyone we worked with was great and friendly. Our daughters are going to grow into the playset over the years and it’s been a year and it still looks brand new. We highly recommend and are so glad we chose them for our playset. We had a great experience today, both with our children enjoying the “playground” area and the adults exploring purchasing a play set for our own yard. We worked with Donna and Rudy, and they did a thorough job of guiding us through the process. Their knowledge allowed us to make the best choices on both the play set and the protective area around the play set. After experience with them, I feel that we’ve made the correct decision for our family where our kids will have a blast playing and we can relax as parents that our kids will be safe as they enjoy it. Highly recommend them, and I thank them for their time and attention!
