After having four playgrounds and three gyms installed by Recreations Outlet, I have nothing but respect for their product, salesmen and installers. Steve Ellis, our sales representative, had the patience of Job in dealing with the parent/teacher planning committees, our shrinking budget and construction subcontractors moving placement of the playgrounds. Steve guided us through the playground and gym process from beginning to end. Whenever there was a glitch, he had a solution.
You only want to put a playground in once and have it done correctly. The products provided by Recreations Outlet are of excellent quality. The installation was done quickly, cleanly and with attention to detail. Our gyms are beautifully done. The advantage of Steve being a coach helped with attention to detail.

n the past two years the City of Milford has hired Recreations Outlet to complete two separate playground projects. They provided the materials and installation services for the new playground at Riverside Park. We have received many compliments about the workmanship and safety of the new playground and the park is now the crown jewel of our City park system. As you can imagine, our Parks and Recreation Commission compared many products and vendors before making their final decision. As the person that worked first hand with Steve Ellis and the installers, I am very pleased that they were awarded the contract. I would stress that I have not seen better customer service from another equipment vendor and installer for the reason that Mr. Ellis kept us up to date on the scheduling of the equipment, visited the project during installation and followed up with us repeatedly after installation to make sure that we were satisfied.
The installation of equipment at Garfield Park was particularly tricky because we had to have playground equipment removed from another community with only a week's notice as it was being donated to the City on a very tight timeline. Steve Ellis and his team responded very quickly and performed the work on a very tight deadline.
It is without any reservations that I offer a positive recommendation for Recreations Outlet.
