Warranty claims are available to the original owners and are not transferable. Please review the basic grading rules for your specific product warranty claim before proceeding.
We require a brief written description of the warranty issue as well as photos of the warranted parts and entire product. The digital picture should not exceed 100K.
If any of the above steps are not completed, there may be delays in the completion of your claim, or possibly warranty cancellation. Once submitted, we will review the claim and contact with you by mail, email, or phone.
